Call or visit our Box Office Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (except holidays). We accept Visa or Mastercard; we also accept cash when you purchase tickets in person. The Montalvo Box Office is located at 15400 Montalvo Road in Saratoga. Directions.
Note: The Box Office will be closed Monday, February 20, in observance of Presidents' Day. Tickets can always be purchased online through our Event pages or Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster
Tickets to nearly all of our events are available online at Ticketmaster. You can go to the Events Calendar to find our direct link to Ticketmaster by clicking on the "Buy Now" to purchase your tickets. You can also call Ticketmaster outlets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-745-3000 to purchase tickets.
Ticket Discounts
One of the benefits of becoming a member of Montalvo is the opportunity to buy discounted tickets. For more information about becoming a member, please see the membership page. Handling Fees
Montalvo Box Office orders have a per-ticket handling fee of $2 for family shows and $5.50 for all other venues. There is no per order fee. There is no service charge for any shows when the Box Office is open for a show (typically one hour prior to showtime through intermission). Check for specific showtime Box Office hours at 408-961-5858.
Will Call
All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to that performance will be held at will call. Box Office is open one hour prior to showtime. Please be prepared to present valid ID.
Mailing List
When you order your tickets online or at the Montalvo Box Office, you are automatically added to our mailing list for future mailings.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Once you have purchased your tickets, there are no refunds or exchanges allowed. Please check your ticket information carefully when purchasing.
