Q. Where do I park for shows at the Garden Theatre?
A. As a courtesy to our neighbors,
please do not park on streets
surrounding the Montalvo Arts Center.
General parking is located at:
West Valley College
14000 Fruitvale Ave., Lot 3
Saratoga, CA
Free shuttles, between the parking lot and the venue entrance, will run
continuously throughout the evening beginning at 5 pm. Accessible
shuttles will be available. Concert tickets are not required to board the shuttles. Will call concert
tickets can be claimed at the Box office, located near the Garden Theatre
entrance.
If you purchased on-site parking:
Please proceed to Montalvo and present your on-site parking pass. You
will be directed to a parking space. Will Call orders for on-site
parking passes

Q. Where do I park for shows at the Carriage House Theatre?
A. There is free on-site parking available for all Carriage House performances.
Q. Can I bring a bottle of wine or other alcoholic beverage to
Montalvo?
A. No. Alcoholic beverages are available for
purchase in our concessions area beginning 90 minutes prior to performances.
Q.
Is the villa open to the public?
A. Due to the large volume of events at Montalvo, we regret that the
Villa is not open for public viewing.
Q. May I picnic on the front lawn before a performance?
A. Absolutely - but you may only bring food that fits in a brown paper bag - no thermoses, picnic baskets, etc. The gates open 90 minutes prior to performances and
picnicking is encouraged. However alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

How can I buy the best seats in the house?
A. By becoming a member! Members get the privilege of buying tickets in
advance. See our membership page for more information.
Q.
I can't use my tickets, can I get a refund or exchange them?
A. Refunds are only given in the case of event cancellation. Ticket
exchange privileges are available for members. For more information on becoming
a member, please visit our membership page. Call the Box Office at 408.961.5814
for instructions on exchanging tickets.
