FINAL FRIDAYS: STEPHANIE YOUNG

Oakland-based artist Stephanie Young’s books of poetry include Picture Palace (in girum imus nocte et consumimur igni, 2008) and Telling the Future Off (Tougher Disguises, 2005). She edited the anthology Bay Poetics (Faux Press, 2006) and her most recent editorial project is Deep Oakland, a web-based initiative encompassing inter-linked images, text and sound. For her Final Friday, Young will present current works in progress and curate an evening of poetry on the Lucas Artists Residency hillside.
