GRAHAME WEINBREN

Grahame Weinbren is a filmmaker and new media artist. The Erl King, made in collaboration with Roberta Friedman and now in the permanent collection of the Guggenheim Museum, is possibly the first full-scale interactive cinema work.His installations have been exhibited in museums, galleries, and festivals worldwide for over 20 years and his documentaries and experimental films are screened internationally. Weinbren publishes and lectures on cinema, interactivity, and new technology and is an editor of the Millennium Film Journal. He is on the graduate faculty of the School of Visual Arts in New York.
