Montalvo's Culinary Program is designed to support chefs in gaining the experience of running their own kitchen and developing their repertoire. Through the program, we offer a Culinary Fellowship to a highly qualified chef, who lives on-site for a year, cooking for Artists-In-Residence; we also host Culinary Workshops and other cooking events/classes, and we maintain a garden of fresh herbs, vegetables, and a beehive - all providing food used in many of our Culinary Fellow's meals.
